Mosten was founded by professionals who had spent years on both sides of the desk — as clients frustrated by consultancies that delivered slide decks instead of working software, and as technologists tired of building solutions that never reached production. That frustration became a founding philosophy: strategy must always lead to execution, and execution must always be measurable.
From day one we operated as an AI-first, enterprise-grade consultancy. We recruited not generalists who had read the right books, but specialists with deep scars and real victories — data engineers who had rebuilt broken pipelines at scale, product managers who had launched mobile apps to millions of users, cloud architects who had rescued collapsing infrastructure in the middle of the night.
